This late 30s floral dress is the epitome of adorableness!  Lightweight pale turquoise blue cotton with a pind and white rose print.  Lace trim.  Short puff sleeves, straight bodice with a semi-full, gathered skirt.  There is one small patch pocket on the skirt.  Button back closure.  So cute!
